Hard Money Lenders of Miami is a lead-generation service that connects borrowers who submit inquiries on the Site with one or more participating hard money lenders who may be able to provide financing. Hard Money Lenders of Miami is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

• Participating lenders: We share your inquiry information with one or more participating hard money lenders so that they may evaluate your inquiry and determine whether to contact you about financing. These lenders are unaffiliated third-party financial institutions.
• Service providers: We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, anti-spam, CRM, and communications. Service providers are bound by contractual obligations to handle information only as we direct.

If you no longer want us to share your information with additional participating lenders after your initial match, or if you want to withdraw your inquiry, you may contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Opt Out.” Please note that opting out does not affect information already shared with a lender; to stop contact from a specific lender, you must contact that lender directly.

6. Data Security

Consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule, we maintain an information security program with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards reasonably designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of nonpublic personal information. Our program includes access controls, encryption of data in transit, vendor oversight, incident response procedures, and periodic review. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

7. Your Choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting.
